The strength of Rizzoli Ortopedia is based on the competence of its orthopaedic technicians (C.P.O.) and all its personnel. This characteristic is part and parcel of the services provided to medical doctors, hospitals and rehabilitation facilities, final customers.

Rizzoli searches the market looking for professionals already working in the sectors of ortho-prostheses and rehabilitation, young graduates in all disciplines, above all in the health sector (orthopaedic technicians (C.P.O.), podologists, occupational therapists). In general, it looks for dynamic people, having a strong passion for their jobs and with a bent for working in teams and achieving their goals.
The chance of successfully integrating employees depend on the field and town of activity (the manufacturing site in Budrio or one of the branches scattered throughout Italy).

- BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICIER / INTERNAL AUDITOR – code IAU
- With seat in Budrio (BO), this positiondirectly reports to the Finance, Control and Administration Manager, in full cooperation with the Sales Management. The candidate will assure the coordination between the headquarters and the branches network, applying and complying with the Corporate procedures as well as with the commercial, administrative and legal rules to maximize the results. The ideal candidate is aged 28 – 35, has a Finance or Management Engineering degree and has reached a fair experience both in an Auditing firm and in companies asking for a similar role.
- PODOLOGISTS FOR NATIONAL BRANCHES – code PDL
- The ideal candidate has a diploma or is a graduate in podology (or an equivalent habilitating degree) and has achieved some professional experience in health facilities or private studies.It is possible to be hired as consultants/co-operators in the branches scattered throughout Italy.
This job is well paid, it offers many chances of professional training and growth.
- OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS FOR NATIONAL BRANCHES – code TOC
- The ideal candidate has a diploma or is a graduate in occupational therapy (or an equivalent habilitating degree) and has achieved some professional experience in health facilities or private studies.It is possible to be hired as consultants/co-operators in the branches scattered throughout Italy.
This job is well paid, it offers many chances of professional training and growth.
- SELLERS OF REHABILITATION DEVICES – code VAR
- The ideal candidate has acquired a multi-year experience in a similar role and knows rehabilitation devices very well.In addition to this, candidates should be able to actively cooperate with customers and medical doctors, as well as within the branch company they belongs to.
Candidates are required to travel and perform their functions in the service centres located in hospitals and rehabilitation centres.This job is well paid, it offers many chances of professional training and growth.
- FOREIGN OFFICE MARKETING OPERATOR – code CES
- The ideal candidate has acquired a remarkable experience in similar positions, preferably in the orthopaedic or mechanical sectors, becoming highly skilled in the marketing/administration field, and is able to actively cooperate with foreign partners thanks to his/her mastery of the English language.
In addition, knowledge of German or a non-European language (Chinese, Arabic) is a plus.Head office:Budrio (Bologna, Italy).This job is well paid, it offers many chances of professional training and growth.
- INTERNSHIP IN THE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT AREA – code SRS
- The ideal candidates are very interested in research and in improving technical orthopaedic and rehabilitation products.They have a degree in medicine, biomedical engineering, orthopaedic techniques or any other health-related subject and are willing to take an internship, at the end of which they may be hired.
The candidate selected, whose functions will depend on his/her degree, will work for the Centre for Product Innovation and interact with the various productive departments and branches present in the Italian territory.Candidates are required to periodically travel and have an address in the Bologna area.
- COMPUTER TECHNICIAN – code INF
- The ideal applicant is 20-30 years old, has a computer technician or similar diploma and has preferably achieved some experience, even for short periods, playing a similar role. S/he will be the direct assistant of the IT Manager and will help him/her in issues related to the internal network management and the hardware and software maintenance. Knowledge of Windows 2000 Server and the SQL language is a plus; a strong passion for computer technology and a natural proactiveness complete the profile. Head office: Budrio (Bologna, Italy).
